The new Graphene Flagship mentoring programme is open for registration
The Diversity in Graphene initiative has set up a pioneering mentoring programme to support the professional growth of the members of our community.
Due to popular demand, as part of Diversity in Graphene initiative, we have set up a pioneering mentoring programme to support the professional growth of the members of our community.
Anyone working at a Graphene Flagship Partner or Associate Member can register online as a mentor or mentee. Following an online training session, we will try to match mentees and mentors according to their experiences, career and availability. This programme will facilitate networking inside the Graphene Flagship and provide a mutually beneficial learning experience for both mentors and mentees.
Goals of the new Graphene Flagship mentoring scheme:
- Promote a diverse culture within the Graphene Flagship
- Encourage knowledge sharing across various cultures, work styles and backgrounds
- Boost career and networking opportunities
- Create developmental opportunities for both mentors and mentees
